Get started nowQuestions? Doubts?
Here we have gathered the questions we are asked most frequently.
A Synology NAS is a fully customized private home server, while Flux Backup is a solution for backing up your servers and workstations. You can still set up an automatic backup of your Synology NAS to Flux Backup.
In Europe, inside our Tier III+ data center with strictly controlled access. No NeoFlux staff has access to the content of your hard disks.
NeoFlux is committed to replacing faulty hardware within 24 hours of your request.
A High Availability Synology NAS combines two Synology servers into a single, also high-availability, cluster. One server acts as the active server, while the other acts as a passive stand-by server. The active server handles all requests and data services, continuously replicating all operations to the passive server.
When the active server is unavailable, the passive one activates automatically to ensure the resumption of application file services within minutes.
This infrastructure therefore guarantees perfect data redundancy in the event of unexpected incidents.
Of course, we also offer native integration with our Flux Backup product.
Yes. You can carry out many operations from your Synology NAS. The Synology operating system provides a marketplace from which you can install Apache, OwnCloud, Plex, HyperBackup and many other applications.
Yes. Since the hardware is physically assigned to each customer, you still need to sign up for a second Synology NAS in order to transfer your data to another model.
Protecting your data is at the very heart of our business. Access to our Tier III+ data center is strictly limited to a few staff members through biometric and vein-pattern recognition. You can sleep soundly.
Mechanical drives (HDD) use spinning disks and physical read/write heads to access data, which makes them slower. SSD drives use flash memory chips with no moving parts and offer much higher read/write speeds.
